I think it was this week that I noticed that my ganglion cyst on my left wrist was aching a lot. I don’t know if it is due to the weather or something is happening inside. Just last Thursday I was surprised to see that my ganglion cyst shrunk and the hump wasn’t as visible as before.
Here are some of my theories that led to the shrinking of my ganglion cyst:
1. God with the help of St. Anne healed me because I prayed a lot these past few days.
2. Singapore’s healthy food shrunk my ganglion cyst.
3. Singapore’s water and unpolluted atmosphere.
4. Not so stressful life in Singapore.
I just hope my ganglion cyst won’t come back anymore.

My Ganglion Cyst Is Back
TweetI think it was two years ago when I had removed my ganglion cyst on my left wrist. I still can remember the pain I went through and how swollen my left hand looked like. I also can recall that my Doctor told me that there is a possibility that my ganglion cyst would come back.
If this cyst would gain more size, I don’t have a choice but to have it removed by surgery. Or I should look for another option. Anyone knows how to aspirate? Just kidding!
Check my No More Ganglion Cyst post to see the picture of my cyst.

Yuckie Scar
Tweet
After a month of my ganglion cyst operation, yucky keloid has formed in my left wrist. Disappointing to say, aside from the awfulness of the scar, it also started to develop a wound. I cannot help it being hit by the people around me.
I checked our company doctor and gave me an anti-bacterial ointment. For the keloid itself, there is nothing I can do about it. Sigh! It made me think, which is better looking, the bumpiness of the cyst on my wrist or the yucky keloid on my wrist now?

Feasting On Lasagna
Tweet
I am back doing my exercise again. My appetite is perfect and I am quite happy that I am getting used of eating more and much often. I just hope it would do good results on my weight. I currently lost 5lbs during my diarrhea and ganglion operation.
Yesterday after work, my office buddies (Rosell & Simon) and I went to Megamall to have our dinner. They went first to the BDO ATM to have their BDO Cash Card pin changed. After a few tries, they successfully changed it. We went to French Baker and ordered lasagna. It was actually my first time to eat there and I was so disappointed with their service. Simon and Rosell got their order ahead of me and I waited angrily for my food. They are almost done when I got my food. I gulped my lasagna without chewing and let my disappointment be swallowed with the food.
After feasting with our lasagna, we went to the magazine stand right in front of French Baker. I was surprised to see Nicole of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 5 with Tyra Banks on the cover. It says winner Nicole. Grrr… Here in the Philippines, ANTM Cycle 5 is still running and is down with the final four. I am glad my bet Nicole is the winner.

No More Ganglion Cyst
Tweet
Yesterday, I left the office at around 4:30PM. I went to Clinica Manila at Megamall to have my ganglion cyst checked. I took the FX taxi to Megamall and was irritated by the driver. He stopped almost in San Miguel Properties building. Better, I should have walked from the office to Megamall, when I would walk from Megamall B to A. Grrrr. My 10-peso fare is just wasted.
I arrived at the clinic at 4:45PM. Got myself a number and waited for my turn to be assisted. I was the 2nd patient of Dr. Cepillo, the surgeon. I got to his room by 6:45PM. Since, I have consulted my condition two years ago with a surgeon, and with an additional research, mostly I am educated with my case. I would just have to wait for the sentence "your surgery would be scheduled on...” I thought it was only a consultation when he could also operate on the same day. I just have to wait ‘coz he has one patient lined up for surgery.
It was almost 7PM when a 9-year boy was rushed to my doctor’s room. He hit his head on a table and was bleeding profusely. By the time my doctor finished his first patient—he attended first the boy. I got to the operating room by 7:15PM. Wore my scrubs, medical hair net and rubber slippers. A device was strapped first to my left leg for the purpose I do not know.
The part to be operated was then cleaned then drugged with anesthesia. Thank God I did not feel anything at the start of the operation or I might faint. The doctor injected an additional anesthesia when I was already complaining. The operation lasted for an hour. I immediately bought the prescribed medicines for the fear of feeling the pain. Went to Jollibee and had my dinner. Got home by 11PM.

Senatoriables

Last night as I was showing my sibling my bandaged hand and my ganglion cyst image, the oppositions line up for senators have been revealed in Bandila over ABS-CBN. I just find it awkward that three administration senators have crossed the opposition slate. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Manuel Villar and Ralph Recto were the mentioned senators.
The rundown of opposition senators are as follows: Senate President Manuel Villar, Senators Ralph Recto and Francis Pangilinan, Representatives Francisco Escudero of Sorsogon and Alan Peter Cayetano of Taguig-Pateros, San Juan Mayor JV Ejercito, lawyer Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, and former senators Loren Legarda, Vicente Sotto III, John Osmeña, Teresa Oreta and Gregorio Honasan.
