When I tuned in to ABS-CBN Channel 2, I saw Heart Evangelista on the soap opera of Sarah Geronimo, “Pangarap Na Bituin”. I just find her face weird. If you look closely you would notice that her nose has been enhanced.Would her enhanced nose revive her dying career?

I think heart dont need to enhance her nose,, matangos na yan kahit dati pa..so I dont think na may pinagawa sya dun : )

Why would she need to have her nose "enhanced" when it's one of her assets ever since she entered show business in 2001?
She has lost a lot of weight. That's all. And she should look different. She'll be turning 23 on Feb 14th. Di naman pwedeng forever sweet-sixteen-looking ka. Plus, that hair extension thingy is making her look mature. She plays a dying businesswoman on the soap. So, aside from them trying to make her look older, they want her to look sick as well.
