Evil Step Daughter Is Back

Evil Step Daughter Is BackIt has been two months now since we transferred to our new home. Honestly, it has been quite boring now without the vampire family and the evil step daughter. Since there is still communication with us, I got to know some juicy information about the evil step daughter.

I have mentioned before that it was evil step daughter's plan to get all of us out of the house. I have discovered that she is now having a hard time in finding new housemates. I'm just not sure if one or two rooms are vacant. I also heard that she is having financial troubles since she pays for the rent of the other rooms. The vampire mom even commented on my roommate that, "I thought she has many money?"

Well, that's all our questions. What happened to the riches of evil step daughter?

Evil Step Daughter Sister

One of the never ending stories of evil step daughter is about her very successful sister. According to evil step daughter, her sister works in a company wherein she gets a salary of around 100,000 pesos, free car and condominium. She also told us that her sister is still single until this time and never had a boyfriend since birth. Her sister was picky and was focused on her career.

Evil step daughter also told us that her sister is very pretty, tall and model-like. That her sister was even offered to do some movies when the Titillating films were still huge in the Philippines. Her sister never accepted the offer since she was still in College at that time. Hmmm… What else? Think Makoy…

Since I can’t remember her other stories, I’ll just continue with this story. Anyway, last Tuesday morning, I was able to see her very popular sister. I was having my breakfast when her sister and her sister’s colleague arrived our flat straight from their business trip in Malaysia. I’m glad I was able to control myself not to laugh but when I saw her she honestly looks like a domestic helper to me. She was small, has dark skin, thin and has this protruding mouth. After I finished my breakfast, I went to our room to wake up my roommate. I want them to see evil step daughter’s sister since they have heard the stories as well. I was able to wake up my other roommate but was too sleepy to go in the living room. I just told him that she looked like a domestic helper.

That night while we were having dinner, evil step daughter’s sister and colleague arrived again from their last minute shopping. They were about to go to the airport to go back to the Philippines. My other roommate finally saw her sister and she was grinning. I messaged her that morning in YM and told her about evil step daughter’s sister. When we were in our room, she agreed with me that she looked like a domestic helper.

Necessity Or Wants?

Armani jacketLast Monday while my roommates and I were having dinner, my other roommate brought up the Armani Jacket topic to his sister. He is asking his sister if it’s possible in their budget to get him an Armani Jacket. Obviously his sister said no and would rather pay for something cheap than an expensive brand.

The Armani Jacket costs more than 300 SGD and I guess it is on sale. Anyway, the whole time I was just silent listening to them. I controlled myself not to make a harsh comment but was pushed to the limit by my roommate. When his sister left the table, he asked me if he can use my credit card to buy that expensive jacket. Since he hasn’t paid me a cent from his loan and his airfare to Singapore, I said No! I snapped when he remarked, “To hell with you if you don’t want to help me.” I shouted at him and made my sarcastic comments.

This feel rich guy is more than 30 years old, hasn’t had his first salary here in Singapore and was depending on her sister, has an obligation to pay me and his recruitment agent and lastly has a family to support in the Philippines. Are you being mature or plain stupid? You would want an Armani jacket when you can’t even afford to eat lunch. You even complain about your eye then you want to buy a jacket. How about saving money for your eye checkup?

Last night since I don’t want any tension from my roommates, I answered him nicely while we were having dinner. This is the third incident we fought without him apologizing. I’m looking on the alternative of looking for another place to rent without the siblings, maybe next year.

Evil Step Daughter’s Promotion

The evil step daughter’s series continues with this new development on her career life. I think it was last last week that she told us that she was promoted in her job. Her former boss resigned and since according to her she was doing her boss’ job, it was just right that she got the promotion instead of hiring a new supervisor to fill up that spot.

Before her boss resignation, she kept on complaining that her boss comes in the office late and would leave before 5 P.M. That her boss only comes in the office twice a day, something like that. After her boss resignation, her perspective shifted and she kept on praising her former boss. That she was allowed to go out and watch a movie during office hours and many other things.

According to evil step daughter, she already told her family and friends about it. She even calculated her adjustment salary for the month and promised her mother of a new television set. I just can’t remember if she treated us with ice cream.

Anyway, I think it was last week that I was laughing hard when she blurted out that her company hired a new supervisor. Aside from that there would be no salary adjustment for her promotion since she is under probation.

I still believe in humility. If I am in her shoes, I would announce to the world that I am promoted after I have been confirmed first. More stories about evil step daughter on the next episode.

Evil Step Daughter Break Down Part II

My roommates and I were then surprised that the vampire family and evil step daughter have decided not to accept the tenant who just gave the 100 SGD down payment. Evil step daughter wants her friend to be the one to move. Cinderella man has nothing to do but to tell the viewer the bad news and to return the down payment. The next thing we heard from them is that they are going to have a meeting with regards to the new issue. Vampire mommy even asked us if it’s possible to give our money back in staggered payment. According to her that was the idea of evil step daughter. Obviously, we need the money at the end of the month and we said no.

When evil step daughter arrived that night, she was then asked by Cinderella man on the new issue with a shouting voice. Cinderella man went on with his talking and evil step daughter froze with disbelief that he is shouting at her. She then went to the living room crying and was on the phone talking to her friend. Evil step daughter wants her friend to pick her up and would sleep over at her place. Cinderella man I think had enough with them. It was humiliating in his part not to be included in the decision making.

After my roommate went outside to console her, I went outside to eavesdrop. What’s so surprising is that it was never evil step daughter’s idea to pay us in staggered payment. It was Vampire Mommy’s idea since they have many financial problems.

Evil Step Daughter Break Down Part I

This actually happened days ago when evil step daughter broke tears after her roommate shouted at her. So what’s the reason of the shouting incident? Here’s the story. If you have been following the vampire family series them maybe you are aware that the vampire family and evil step daughter orchestrated in moving us out. Since we have decided to leave instead, evil step daughter asked her roommate to look for a Filipino tenant that would occupy the master’s bedroom.

The vampire family plans to transfer to our room and evil step daughter will stay on her room. Let’s just call evil step daughter’s roommate as “Cinderella Man.” Cinderella man found someone to view the master’s bed room and the guy was pleased that it’s spacious, has built in huge cabinets and the rent is cheap. The day after that, the viewer has decided to get the master’s room. Vampire family, evil step daughter and Cinderella man even had a meeting with this new tenant and have discussed about the house rules and the schedule of cleaning. The viewer even produced 100 SGD over the weekend as down payment.

Vampire Family Moved Out

Last Saturday, the vampire family moved out and transferred to Mommy Vampire’s staff house in Boon Lay. The vampire parents are currently under financial trouble since Vampire Daddy has no work here in Singapore and only do part time jobs. He by the way resigned to his Accounting work in the Philippines.

What’s so interesting about Vampire Daddy is that he is satisfied on just staying home while doing household chores. They have three kids by the way and with the attitude of Daddy vampire, it’s saddens me that Mommy Vampire does all the hard work for her family. Daddy Vampire is currently in the Philippines after his youngest daughter has been ill after the vampire parents left for Singapore.

I just find it weird that it’s so quiet now in our flat. And I have to say that it’s a bit creepy to see the vampire family’s door open. I think I am imaging things already. Anyway, the supposed mastermind of taking over the house was ridiculously the first to leave.

Evil Step Daughter

Exactly 42 more days and we’ll be transferring to our new home in Cantonment Link near Tanjong Pagar and Outram Park MRT stations. I am more excited since it is near my work and I won’t be seeing the Vampire Family and the evil step daughter. Too much of the emotional drain and the draining of energy. 42 more days is too long and I can’t wait no more.

Speaking of Evil Step Daughter, I was really disgusted with her acts yesterday. She keeps on talking and telling stories on how good she was. Here are some of her acts and stories that are really fascinating:

1. According to her, she graduated Zuma Cum Laude and even took up medicine but shifted to a different course. Last Sunday they went to play badminton with our housemates. She advised my housemate to take a bath after playing since it is better to sweat before taking a bath. Even admiring herself by saying, “You should believe me, I took up medicine.”

2. My housemates were having a meeting with regards to the new tenant transferring on our departure date. They were computing on how much they would pay. While my other housemate is computing, she exclaimed, “You should give me the formula and figures and I would just fix it.”

3. I think this incident happened last week. They were having a meeting and the topic was about savings. Evil step daughter suddenly talked about her savings account in DBS. That she enrolled in an auto debit facility of DBS that’s why she has savings. She told this story because some of our housemates don’t have savings.

4. Still with money matters, this story was told by her many times. According to her, she arrived in Singapore with tons of money. She never had a hard time in Singapore since her parents gave her huge pocket money. That her mother was a CPA lawyer and was even earning millions before.

There are a lot of stories to tell about the evil step daughter. Will just post about it next time.

Moving Soon To A Condominium Part II

Cantonment Tower SingaporeWhile viewing the unit, we even met our future housemates, a Filipino couple who was recently been scammed by an Indian national. According to them, the only vacant room in the house is the master’s bed room.

Even the house is empty, you can still appreciate its space and clean vibe. And it has been recently painted so the place is very clean looking. On the master’s bedroom, some of the furniture (vanity mirror, closet and some tables and chairs) was placed there. I think we spent around 30 minutes in viewing the house. I even had the chance to take some pictures since I really like the place. Even our future housemates are nice. I hope they are not the vampire type.

We left the building with big smiles and hopes that we can rent the place with our current finances. When we reached home, we have talked about the place and the costing. We have decided to just look for a new place since it cost a lot given that we need to produce a large amount of money for down payment and two month’s deposit.

The next day, Saturday around 11 A.M., we received a call from our future housemate asking on our decision. We told our concerns and we have decided not to rent the place. We are then surprised that our future housemate offered to talk to the owner of the house to lower the rent and to just make partial payments every month. We waited anxiously for her SMS message and were relieved that the owner said yes. We have then agreed to meet that afternoon at Plaza Singapura for the signing of the letter of intent and the deposit payment.

Vampire Family Returns

I think it was the last two weeks when the Vampire couple went back from their weekend vacation to the Philippines. I think it was their last vacation since the couple will be working full time here in Singapore. The next night after they arrived, we were surprised on the events that unfolded. They asked for a meeting and according to them, they will talk about the contract of lease. We just let our roommate attend the meeting since she's the only person included in the contract.

From the flow of the meeting, they were actually telling us that we are going to exceed to 2 people. From our knowledge, we were supposed to move on the other room after we landed a job in Singapore. But, we were surprised to know that our other housemates weren't informed and they have a different agreement with our other housemate. To top it all, they were expecting that I and my other housemate will be moving out soon. They were expecting that the sibling would actually live on a different house. Isn't that bizarre? To summarize the gist of the meeting, they want us out of the house.

There's this new character in the Vampire family. How about I call her evil step daughter since they aren't related. It's just hard to explain her evil deeds. Not only she orchestrated with the Vampire mother to get out us of the house, but she also wants us to follow her rules inside the house. Would you believe that she wants us to use the electric fan while sleeping to save electricity consumption? Haven't she realized that she stays up late watching TV. She also wants to have a job chart indicating the smallest detail on what to clean inside the house. I am really disgusted with her that I try not to speak or even look at her.

Well, too much for the vampire family and the evil step daughter.

Vampire Family

If you have been following my posts, you might have noticed that I have blogged about my housemates or the so-called “Vampire Family.” I’m just going to share some good points that I have noticed with this family. These past few days I noticed that the Vampire parents call their children every day in the Philippines. I just admire how they make it a point to check on their children and that they never forget to say “I Love You” before ending their call. It always breaks my heart to hear them say it. Even they are far away from their children they make it a point to be good parents.

I know that I shouldn’t compare them with my parents but I wish somehow my parents were like that. My father worked as a seaman before I was born and I never can recall a moment like that. No more elaboration, I might break down and cry. Too much for emotions on this post.

Singapore Housemates

After my renting experience in the Philippines, I am now troubled with my housemates here in Singapore. I think it was last week that new people joined our house. It was the husband and the baby daughter of my other housemate. The only thing that I can say is that he doesn’t shut up and he doesn’t get it at all. So what’s wrong with these new housemates? Not only he speaks a lot but he never stops. He keeps on talking disrupting your quiet time or TV time. I would appreciate it if it is a conversation but he is the only one talking.

He is tiring and exhausting to be with. He is like a vampire that drains your energy. I did this one time and was effective to make him shut up. He was talking while I was watching TV. I glued my face on the TV and never looked back at him. I just ignored him the whole time until he stopped. I think this guy and his wife has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or famously known in the Philippines as “KSP” (Kulang sa Pansin).

I just hope he finds work as soon as possible so I can’t see him often in the house.
