According to the interview, Lady Gaga has been suffering from hair loss after dying her hair too many times thus destroying her hair follicles. Now, we all know that those hairdo's were real.
Lady Gaga discovered her hair problem during her Monster Ball Tour. She noticed bleached locks everywhere and she went ballistic.
