Lower Electricity

I have seen a news item on DZMM on Sky Cable days ago that the cost of electricity would decrease. I don’t know the details of it and when would it take effect but I am definitely looking forward to see our electric bill lower than 500 pesos.

And oh, I have seen something about this news item on the TV billboard ad of SM MegaMall. It has something to do with power freezing technology? Correct me if I’m wrong, I can’t recall it that much.
