Call Center Agent Makoy



This morning I was flooded with phone calls and emails regarding the system update I did for our credit application system. There were system errors because of the update instructions weren’t followed and errors caused by unseen procedures.

My left ear really felt sore from the long and constant telephone conversation. I just hope phone calls would lessen tomorrow and I won’t be harassed by their repetitive inquiries.
