Bird Poop

It’s funny! I just saw on Mad Labs over The National Geographic Channel that birds prefer to dump on white cars than other colored cars. On a statistics conducted on a parking space in London, white cards scored very far from its colored counterpart.

On a different study, two plastic garbage bins colored white and black are placed inside a large cage where birds are inhabited. After two weeks, seven droppings appeared in the white trash bin, while three appeared on the black trash bin. Humans react to RGB (reg, blue and green) colors and RGB combinations, while birds react to ultraviolet rays. Cool isn’t it!

The show hasn’t explained though why birds preferred white colors.
