Billboard End Days

Earlier, I read on the INQ7.net site that after the DPWH dismantled illegal billboards in the metro, the next target is to dismantle billboards of politicians.

In Parañaque City alone, Mayor Bernabe, Congressman Zialcita and the others rein the streets with their massive blowup tarpaulin. I just can’t understand what’s the need for these billboard—and even include their faces in it. I’m just so curious where do they get the funds for these billboards. Most definitely, it did not come from their pockets.
