Whitney Houston Drowned With Drugs in Her System



The toxicology report of Whitney Houston was finally released on Thursday by the Coroner's office. Houston's death was caused by drowning, heart disease and the effects of cocaine use.

According to the report, they have found traces of Cocaine, Marijuana, Xanax and a muscle relaxant Flexeril. Only cocaine contributed to her death. The coroner's report also suggested that Whitney was a chronic cocaine user.

A statement from her sister-in-law and manager Patricia Houston says, "We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure."

Whitney Houston died on February 12, the night before the Grammy Awards and was set to attend the event.
