Back to Kara, in her statement on Friday she said, "I felt like I won the lottery when I joined `American Idol' two years ago, but I feel like now is the best time to leave Idol." She even called her experience as a judge on the show as "amazing."
Observers are saying that Kara lacked the pizazz Paula Adbul had provided for the show.
So let's just wait and see on who's filling in Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres/Kara DioGuardi's seat. American Idol 10th season returns on January 2011.

that's sad. no matter what other people may say about her, i liked kara as a judge on american idol. she provided technique and constructive criticism. but i do know that in everything & everything, no one is really indispensable.
