No To Antibacterial Soap

No To Antibacterial SoapAre you in the habit of washing your hands frequently just like me? Well, if you have that habit I think you should check on what your using. According to the Environmental Working Group, some antibacterial soaps contain triclosan, a pesticide that kills bacteria. According to studies, antibacterial soaps aren't effective in removing germs rather than old-fashioned soap and water.

Still according to studies, triclosan contribute to the rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Triclosan is also linked in the development of liver toxicity, thyroid and hormone problems.

The Environmental Working Group suggests that we stay away from antibacterial with triclosan until more research has been done.

Read more about Triclosan and its bad cause.
