Road Constructions

Traffic again here in Paranaque. And what have caused this inconvenience is road construction and pipe laying of Maynilad. It really bugs me why these constructions specifically start during the rainy seasons. Of course rainy scenario plus road construction equals heavy traffic.

I’m lucky it didn’t rain today or else I’d be stuck in traffic. Why can’t they do it during summer or during school vacation where there are less motorists and commuters?
