2nd World Pyro Olympics

What is the common denominator of a World Pyro Olympics, a huge volume of people to watch and a lousy MMDA enforcement? Hmmm. What else? Traffic, congested road with people preferred to walk and annoyed motorists and commuters.

This is the second year World Pyro Olympics has been held in Pasay City, Philippines. For the second year, traffic enforcement has not improved, yet it got worst. What else to expect huh?
