I woke up Tuesday morning with a resolution to gain weight. During my break, I researched in the internet what can be done and how to start. I must admit the information is overwhelming and I cannot rely on every detail posted in their websites.
May I have the discipline, patience and endurance. I can do this!

I started my own program of walk 15 min everyday. Hope will continue..
I still no reduce weight I dislike the fat tummy... :(
